Full Description
{1} Reported than an area of small stones forming a possible cobbled surface was exposed by widening operations. Surface appeared to run east-west. There was little evidence of this feature on investigation. It is possible that the stones are part of the make-up of a modern road. Also noted that there is a stone in post in the wall 100 yrds north of church.
