{1} Metalled road surfaces recorded; also late Saxon & medieval sherds & leather offcuts & fragments found;
{2} At south end of the Drapery were found 2 road levels; lower at depth of 1.78m & rested on natural; several medieval sherds & leather offcuts & animal bones were found;
