Full Description

{1} Earthworks recorded by aerial photography (photos NCCAP:SP8574/006). Ditches & banks define probable rectangular closes.

{2} On the summit of a low spur on the west side of village, south of Pytchley House, is a rectangular enclosure bounded by a scarp 1m high and embanked on the south, with an entrance on the north side. All these remains had already been abandoned by 1842.
