Full Description

{1} Romano-British pottery sherds and pits (probable rubbish pits) were revealed during building development in 1965.

{2} During building operations in 1965 Roman pottery and pits were discovered.

{3} The site (confirmed by A.E.Rollings) is now under a new housing estate.

{4} The finds are in Mr Rolling's possession.
