Monument record 2087/2/1 - Possible Iron Age/Romano-British settlement and kilns

Surface finds include Iron Age and Roman pottery, as well as kiln bars indicating there may be pottery kilns in the vicinity. Air photographs show a complex group of rectangular enclosures and associated ditches

{?} In 1959 a 1st century bronze brooch with perforated catchplate was found.
