{1} FEATURES & FINDS; QUARRY;1968; 110YDS N OF RB BRIDGE; SCATTER OF EARLY-MIDDLE SAXON POT SHERDS & PART OF LOOM WEIGHT; FOUND DURING OVERBURDED CLEARANCE; APPEARED TO DERIVE FROM SMALL GROUP OF SHALLOW PITS OR DEPRESSIONS IN SUBSOIL.
