{6} Mrs Catherine Maunsell, present possessor lives in manor house, widow of Thomas Maunsell who died 1716. John Maunsell of Chicheley, Bucks purchased the manor in the 20th year of the reign of James 1 from John Wiatkyn. Previously owned by Trussell family.
