Full Description

(1) Early Saxon spearhead found in 1956. The object was recovered from Sybler's Quarry, Blackstone Hill, near Harringworth. The exact findspot is uncertain, but the location description is likely to relate to Sibler's Pit. The spearhead was taken to Northampton Borough Museum for identification.
