Full Description

{1} In the centre of the village and at the south and of the field known locally as Hall Close, is a series of low earthworks of no coherent form. Earthworks include at least a couple of sunken house platforms. The site is traditionally the remains of a manor house.

{3} Known as Little Hall Close in a plan of 1798.
