Full Description

{1} Local belief of a village site. In fact probably mostly represents extensive quarrying.

{2} Earthworks in the area west of the church have been suggested as an old village site.

{3} Quarry pits identified, some with limestone exposures in their sides, and apparently truncating the ridge and furrow.
