Full Description

{1} Warkton and Weekley: extensive areas of furlongs with headlands and joints, and meadow, attractively located in the parkland around Boughton House, running into Weekley and Kettering parishes. Various profiles of ridges survive according to the enclosure dates. There are also some vill earthworks around Warkton. Warkton, Weekley and Kettering all have large scale open-field maps of the 1730s, and detailed field books to go with them. Warkton was enclosed in 1807.
