Full Description

{1} Roman remains present, but severely damaged by later development

{2} Residual pottery suggests that occupation remains of the 2nd or 3rd centuries may survive in the vacinity.

{4}Trial trenching was carried out in the grounds of Manalay House which lies to the north suburbs of the Roman Town of Lactodorum. Roman remains were located but were in a poor state of preservation.
