Full Description
{1} Early C19th stucco building; 4 storeys and Welsh slate roof; modern shop front inserted.
{2} Attended site in response to application to turn former bar/restaurant to flats. Exterior survives in good condition annd as described in the list desciption but interior of poor quality. Number 36 stands northern most in a row of 3, 4 storey structures but is the only one listed. Building to rear of 36 facing Kings Well St is probably a former chapel although many possibly have been used as a warehouse. The former factory to the rear of 38 is known at one time to have been used by the Bassett Lowke model making company. None of the structures to the rear are affected by the propsals.
