Full Description
{1} A substantial pottery concentration with associated stone scatter covering some 1.6ha of flat ground overlooking the Raunds Brook. The pottery suggests continued activity on this clayland site throughout the Roman site and its longevity may be supported by the coin evidence which is predominantly 3rd and 4th century including two issues of the House of Valentinian.
