Full Description

{1} Cropmark complex; based on a variety of alignments which appear to have little relationship to local topography. Total area 15.5 ha and comprises rectilinear enclosures ranging in size from 0.06ha to 0.8ha. Internal divisions within enclosures, but little evidence for dwellings. A ditch of 300m long crosses the southern part of the complex.
Fieldwalking over part of area of cropmark complex; Iron Age and Roman pottery recovered, but showed light, even distribution consistant with manure scatters but no concentrations.
