Full Description

{1}Late C17th development within parkland involved planting of several geometrical avenues around new hall of which double avenue to remains running 1.5km northwards from north front of hall; framentary remains of similar avenues lie to south & west; avenues were largely disrupted by mid C18th landscaping for Sir Thomas Cave in more naturalistic style then in vogue;
