{3} Holly Lodge an important Victorian house with impressive conservatory and ironwork gates as well as incorporating a folly. It is a Listed Building.

{4} Holly Lodge "a curious and delightful house with an implement gate and castellations everywhere, on the twin gables and on the outbuildings, all of undressed stone. Behind is a square clock tower with a Chinese-curved roof, and here also are two casellated round towers with an arch between, echoing a similar gate from the east end of the park.

{5} Holly Lodge was designed by Northampton-based architect Alexander Milne for Philadelphus Jeyes. It was built between 1857 and 1861 in a style sympathetic to the traditions of the 18th century structures elsewhere in Boughton Park. The frontage is an almost exact replica of the Spectacles which stands only 250 yards away from Holly Lodge, originally there were small difference of detail between the two. The walls to either side of Holly Lodge arch feature stone panels with carved cherubs. The Farm Implement Gates at the entrance to Holly Lodge were designed by Philadelphus Jeyes and may be unique; they include replicas of two hay forks, two sickles, a scythe, a rake, a shepherd's crook, a ditch cutter, a stable fork, a flail, a spade and a woodman's axe. They were erected in 1861.
