Full Description

{1} Roman settlement (?)(SP 53464110) in the N of the parish on the S side of a SW-flowing stream, on Upper Lias Clay at 110 m. above OD. A small quantity of Roman pottery has been found in the sides of a field drain. As the adjacent fields are under pasture the extent of this possible settlement is not known.
