Full Description

{1} Romano-British occupation remains laid on the clay at SP 625685;

{2} (SP 625685). A dark area with domestic occupation remains was discovered on a hill side at this location.

{3} Mapped area defined by DN Hall.

{4} Roman settlement (SP 625685) N of the village, on Boulder Clay at 125m above OD. An area of dark soil containing occupation debris has been noted.
