Finds of organic material made in south half of The Drapery preserved in layers of black & grey clay at depths between 0.48-1.70m

{1} Finds of organic material made in south half of The Drapery preserved in layers of black & grey clay at depths between 0.48-1.70m; main concentration of finds outside Nos.21-23; many leather off-cuts & fragments found including few shoe soles & knife sheaths; also wood fragments & 2 bone points & several animal bones & few medieval pot sherds;,

{2} Medieval sherds & leather off-cuts recovered during observations included shoe soles & knife sheaths;

{4} Description, photo and illustration of a socketed pipkin found in the Drapery. Possibly dating to between the late 16th century and 1688.
