{1} Part of a stone axe of porphorytic basalt has been found at SP 835760

{2} A Neolithic polished stone axe found in the garden of 18 High Street. A thin section by Prof Shotton of Birmingham University shows the axe to be of porphyritic basalt from Northern Ireland/ West Scotland. Gives grid ref. as SP835 760 but grid ref. of No. 18 High Street is SP8338 7570.
