Full Description

{1} Earthwork recorded in 1978; possible medieval or post-medieval rectangular ditched mound.

{2} Levelling of this paddock took place around 4 years ago. The pillow mound is no longer visible but perhaps just the ditch has been infilled, what appears to have been a hollow way previously entered the paddock from the meadow at the north end, this was also levelled along with a number of earthworks at the south end. No buildings are seen here on a 1717 Field map of Geddington, in Northampton Record Office.
