Summary

Documentary reference to a Tumulus in 1853

Map

Type and Period (2)

Full Description

{1} Documentary reference only; a tumulus is marked on map in 1853 [but this is an unlikely site for one].

{3} The site falls on a hillside close to a stream. Although the field is under crop it was sufficiently low to see that there were no traces at this unlikely site.
