Full Description

{1} Conduit house built of stone. It is shown on a map of 1715. Possibly constructed to provide water supply to garden features at Boughton House. It also links to the former pond c.90m to the north-west in the adjacent field. It supplied water by pipe to the village from the 1920's onwards.
