Full Description

{1}Lead seal matrix, pointed oval in shape, 30mm long and 22mm wide. Found by R. Butler. John Cherry, British museum, identifies it as a personal seal of a lady, probably 13th century date. The legend reads S AGNET WARSOL-the seal of Agnetissa Warsol. Warsol is either the surname or the place from which she came.
