{?} Rescue excavation by S.Power in advance of housing development in 1982. C7th-C11th ditches and gullies were revealed. Also a posthole structure 10m x 5.6m dated to circa 750-850 AD, A crucible fragment with bronze slag was found within one posthole. NB. UNSURE OF SOURCES FOR THIS FIELDWORK AND LOCATION MAY BE SUSPECT!
