Summary

A significant amount of pottery was collected from a cleared building plot in the early 1980s. No evidence for a kiln was identified.

Full Description

{1} Large concentration of pottery found lying on the ground. Particularly dense concentration to the south-east corner of the plot in association with some burning. No kiln was apparent. Contention about which of the two grid references are correct.
