Summary

These quarries were small in area and none of them lasted for any great length of time. They are listed as James Wells 1873-April 1877, W.C.Wheldon 1878-82 & 1894/5. James Wells and W.C.Wheldon from 1878 this was outcrop working between the railway and the Desborough to Harrington road. There is little or no remains visible of these quarries.
