Full Description

{1} Metal detecting on 12-10-97. No metal artefacts of significance were found. A length of rainwater downpipe crushed, part of an iron blade, a small brass knurled nut and a small piece of solder. The last two were recently dropped. The first two showed clear evidence of decay in water and were therefore assumed to have been dredged in recent years onto the bank.
