Summary
A corrugated structure opened in 1918 at the south end of New Road, at corner of Stamford Road. It was used by troops in the area (from Easton Aerodrome) for Sunday afternoon services and for soldiers' social events. During WWII evacuees were schooled in the hut. It was demolished in 1977.

Full Description
{2} Church Army Hut (Bloody Hut), a corrugated structure opened in 1918 at the south end of New Road, at corner of Stamford Road. It was used by troops in the area (from Easton Aerodrome) for Sunday afternoon services and for soldiers' social events. During WWII evacuees were schooled in the hut. It was demolished in 1977.
