Full Description

{1} Stone and brick built out-house of mid to late Victorian origins. Original use unknown. It is in a state of collapse. The Welsh slate roof was blown down in high winds. The property had been a bakery prior to being a post office and it is thought that the outhouse had a warehousing function. The post office is a Grade II listed structure and the outbuilding is part of this.

{2} Two copies of the plans of the outhouse of Weldon's Post Office dated 1997.

{3} Basic plans of the outhouse of Weldon's Post Office, accompanied by black and white photographic record.

{4} A structural building report accompanied by colour photographs recommending that the building is dangerous and in their opinion should be demolished.
