{1} Gladstone Street Board School was built in 1886, and enlarged in 1893 at a cost of £200. Its 200 children consisted of 71 infants and 131 mixed.

{5}Board School. Gladstone Street School. Built 1886 and enlarged in 1893 and 1901. 200 children attended (71 infants and 131 mixed). The building still survives as a school today and would appear to be in good condition.
