Full Description
{1} Some pottery, bottle glass and animal bone (all modern) found during a watching brief at Alderton Mount.
{2} Follow up report to explaining what the finds were that were found in the observation at the Mount. There was one sherd of possible Medieval ridge tile along with 11 sherds of much more recent date. They were found in post hole 2. The ridge tile may derive from the monument but the other sherds are probably from more recent dumping. The finds have been returned to the owner.
