Full Description
{2}Photographic and slide record of the Drill Hall. Also photocopies of the photographs.,{1}Exterior inspection only. Brick built rectangular building to the rear of the main range and accessible from an access on Northfield Avenue. Known as the Tank Store with concrete hard standing around the front (south west) side of the building.Formerly a threee bayed 'garage' withopenings to the south west. These latter now bricked in and the building converted for the continuing use by, as a painted sign on the front of the building indicates 'Leicestershire andNorthamptonshire Army Cadets, Kettering Detachment'. Small blue brick extension to the rear with blocked door and window opening adjacent. Black painted rain water head decorated with aas rose motif to side elevation decoration. It appears in generally sound condition.A small brick shed with two doors in its south west elevation, stands close to the north west of the Tank Store. It is of undtermined function - possibly an ammunition or other store building?
