Full Description
{1} Former religious house/chapel described by Henry Lee (1715). 'One at the 'Black Boy' at the upper end of the yard. The south wall with the doorways and windows remain still and are in my garden. I remember a little pair of stone stairs to go up to ring the bell that had been there formerly.'
[The Black Boy was 5 Wood Hill].
{2} A section of medieval building still surviving [in 1975] is a short section of wall containing the two centred-arch of a blocked doorway or window at the side of the Midland Bank [formerly 3 Wood Hill].
