Full Description

{1} Kingsthorpe Hall "had its cellars converted into air raid shelters during the war. This was done by bricking up the skylights and reinforcing the roof with brick columns supporting girders. There is a painted A.R.P sign and an arrow on the wall besides the entrance steps."
