Summary
A series of hollows located c0.5km north-west of Prince Rupert's Farm were traditionally said to have been burial pits for the dead of the Battle of Naseby. A small excavation of one of the hollows in 1989 found that it was a former clay pit.

Full Description
{1} Hollows said to be burial sites; upon excavation they were found to have normal soil profile; they possibly represent clay digging pits.
