Monument record 524 - Possible Romano-British Settlement

Summary
Scatters of Roman pottery, tile and burnt stone indicate the site of a settlement. Cropmarks of a rectangular enclosure with an entrance on the western side have been identified on aerial photographs during the Northants NMP in the same location. The enclosure may have been partially destroyed by modern quarrying.
