Full Description
{1} Cropmarks recorded in 1962 by Hollowell and Kirk. Unspecified. Fieldname: Cow Pasture Spinney.
{2} Geophysical survey did not identify any archaeological features. It is possible that the cropmarks are spurious or geological in origin, but it is equally possible that some archaeological features remian undetected in areas where the soils are unfavourable for magnetic survey. An early Neolithic leaf-shaped arrowhead was recovered from the surface of this field during the survey.
