Full Description

{3} Possible barrow at the junction of the A508 and the road to Hanging Houghton. A mound 1.2m high and 17m in diameter is cut by the road on its south side. Possible bowl barrow. Included on earthwork survey plan Fig 92.

{4} Earthwork. Round mound 1.2m high x 17m in diameter. Cut by the road on its south side. Possible bowl barrow. Plan at 1:2500.

{6} The Mound at SP 75547374 is a prob bowl barrow of apparent diameter 17 metres, and height 1.2 metres, with no trace of a ditch. Severe mutilation has occurred where the road cut through the SE side. Mound at SP 75547374 surveyed at 1:2500.

{7} No change.
