Full Description

{2, 3} Subrectangular enclosure, maculae and linear features of probable Iron Age date are visible on historic aerial photographs as extant cropmarks and were mapped as part of Historic England’s North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project. Located approximately 800m south of Deanshanger, Northamptonshire, and centred at SP 75844 38820. Linear features appear to be enclosure boundaries with possible trackways between, enclosing ring ditches and possible pits, visible as cropmarks. Modern land use is arable.
