Full Description

{1} A large quantity of ceramic building material, including tile was recovered. It was of post medieval and later date. Additionally, a larger quantity of post medieval pottery was recovered from the westernmost of the two fields. Other materials included glass, coal, slag and clay pipe, all dated to the post medieval or later. The glass mostly came from bottles dated from the C17th onwards.
