Full Description

{1}Owners from the 1850's Thomas Butlin & Co.Ltd until closure in 1895. Quarrying was started in the Breeze Hill Farm area north of Wellingborough and north east towards the Vicarage Farm area on the Wellingborugh to Kettering road and when the Vicarage farm quarry came into existence in 1874 the two quarries seemed to have joined together. Closure of both occurred when the leases ran out in 1895 at Vicarage Farm.
