Full Description

{1} Irregular enclosure about 70m across, bank with external ditch total width 7m. Lies in Lowick Green and likely to be the pound recorded in disputes.

{2} Earthwork_Bank_Ditch: S1=Archaeological Site Number

{3} The shape of the earthwork is similar to many prehistoric or Roman enclosures, but its preservation is such that it is more likely to have a medieval origin.
