Full Description
{1} A good series of pillow mounds scattered about the south east corner of the field. Eight mounds were noted, all about 1.5–2ft in height. One is circular, about 6yds in diameter, the others are elongated from 3.5 by 9 yds to 4.5 by 25 yds in size (measurements estimated by pacing). The mounds are flattish or gently rounded in profile and where a relationship can be seen are later than ridge and furrow.
{2} There are eight scattered mounds, three of which lie on top of ridge and furrow. One is circular, only 2m in diameter and 0.25m high. The others are all rectangular, 1.25m-1.5m wide, 3m-7m long and 0.25m–0.5m high.
