Abstract/Summary

An archaeological evaluation was carried out before a proposed housing development. A field walking survey recovered no concentrations of archaeological material; only three flint flakes, a thin spread of abraded Roman pottery, a couple of medieval sherds and a little post-medieval pottery were recovered. A magnetometer survey found on archaeological anomaly other than surviving ridge and furrow.
