Abstract/Summary
Part of an early Saxon cemetery was revealed along the N side of the Roman site, and it possibly extended under the houses and gardens of an earlier development. 9 inhumation burials, aligned N-S and E-W were excavated. The range of grave goods included bone combs, and glass beads.
