Abstract/Summary
Planning and Listed building consent has been granted for the conversion of 180 Mill Road, a boot and shoe factory, Wellingborough into seven luxury flats. A building recording and analysis had been requested prior to any works being completed. The building was constructed in c1898 and retains many of the original features both internally and externally. At the time of the survey it was found that little documentary evidence was available or had survived, much of the physical evidence was dependant on the main fabric of the building.
