SNN105014 - Archaeological Field Monitoring Record: Land Off Towcester Road, Old Stratford

Site visit after contact from client. Topsoil and overburden and capping material already removed. Site agent indicated that much of the site had seen capped with concrete and that a large storage tank had been removed from the north eastern part of the site. The site had already been recapped with various depths of material and void from removal of storage tank infilled. All footings were already excavated and concrete had been poured. Foundations of buildings were being laid at the time of site visit. Unable to verify presence or absence of archaeological features due to advances stage of construction.
