Abstract/Summary
A walkover survey in advance of fieldwork related to the proposed A509 Isham to Wellingborough Improvement Scheme established that the crops were too high for a fieldwalking survey to be undertaken, but that geophysical survey was still feasible in a number of fields under winter wheat. Access was found to be straightforward and there were no obvious constraints for this method of survey.
